TACTIC COMMERCIAL & SERVICES was established on February 2002, inspired primarily by the innate aptness for business from parents to offspring of its founder. His family had been involved with the different trades, which primarily deals with trading of scrap, metals, demolition, excavation, and other related work activities.
Tactic Commercial & Services had been constituted not only to live up to this expectation of someday passing it on to the next generation, but also to surpass the goals and visions in vastness, specialty and territory.
Our company started on a purely demolition works offered on a very cost efficient budget that enables us to deliver quality service at a very reasonable budget to our clients.
It was through this spontaneous influx of projects we were able to retrieve “treasures” from various sites that compelled us to open and cater to the market of Second-Hand Construction supplies up to the extent of metal scrap trading.
Since we do not limit our capability, specialty and growth, we ventured into construction, mostly civil works and renovations since the last quarter of 2003. Which, in good faith had been quite successful and propitious to the company. Such would be evident by the interminable incursion of civil work undertakings that we had completed and some more that are still under process. These works paved the way for our own company to engage in construction projects that mainly consists of commercial and industrial projects.
With this new development, we had decided to formally enter the construction industry. Thus, under the Certificate of Incorporation issued by Securities and Exchange Commission on 2007, we are now TACTICAL BUILDERS INC.
